Product & Booking Procedure
- SyariHub is an online tutoring service provider that offers private online Quran recitation lessons.
- You can book the lessons by contacting our customer care at the contact listed.
- You complete the booking form and personal data.
- You choose a lesson package and a method used in our service.
- All information related to our service in the form of fees, promos, prizes, and so on is only given through our official accounts.
Initial Payment System
- Lesson package fees are in accordance with the total price of the booking.
- Lesson package fees may change according to the newest update on our policy without prior notification.
- Lesson package fee payments are made via bank transfer to SyariHub’s bank account by sending proof of payment to our customer care.
- Bookings can only be processed after you have completed the lesson package fee payment.
- You will receive your ID number (code number) by WhatsApp after we process your booking.
Recurring Payment System
- You can continue learning and extend your selected lesson package if you have completed the recurring payment for the selected lesson package.
- You can change your lesson package and the fee will be changed based on the newest package you choose.
- Lesson package fee payments to extend your lesson package is made no later than the day before the following lesson starts.
- If you are late to pay the lesson package fee and have been followed up 5 times but there is no clarity, then you are considered to have stopped using our service.
- Lesson package fee payments are made via bank transfer to SyariHub’s bank account by sending proof of payment to our customer care.
Cancellations & Changes
- Booking changes and booking cancellations can be made by contacting our customer care.
- You can cancel the selected lesson package any time before you start/take any lesson.
- If you do not attend 2 consecutive classes (meetings) without giving any information or notification, we will deactivate your learning schedule. If you want to learn again, please contact our customer care to make a new schedule.
Refund Policy
- Refunds can be made if you confirm that you want to stop and want a refund.
- A full refund will only be given if you cancel your selected lesson package and have not taken/started any lessons.
- If you are taking the lessons and then you want to stop, you will get a 50% refund of the remaining classes (meetings) that you have not taken.
- Refund requests must be made to our customer care.
Classroom Rules
- Lessons take place on the platforms (lesson room) that we provide.
- Learning activities in each class are guided by a tutor.
- The tutor and the student must enter the platform (lesson room) according to a predetermined time.
- Tolerance for tardiness is 15 minutes for students and tutors.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your class (beyond the tolerance for tardiness) either with prior notification or without prior notification, then the class will be forfeited and you cannot reschedule the class.
- If your tutor is more than 15 minutes late to your class (beyond the tolerance for tardiness), then you have the right to complain to our customer care and have the right to reschedule the class.
- If you are unable to attend a class with prior notification and with clear reasons, you have the right to reschedule the class.
- If your tutor is unable to attend a class, you have the right to reschedule the class.
- Students and tutors must create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- If you feel that you do not match the specified tutor with clear reasons, you are allowed to choose another tutor; vice versa.
- You are not allowed to communicate with your tutor outside the provided WhatsApp Group.
Privacy and Security
- We guarantee the security of personal data/information of our customers who are using and have used our service.
- All our customers’ information will be fully protected.
- We can change and update these terms and conditions at any time if needed.
Intellectual Property Rights
All information owned by SyariHub is not allowed to be disseminated by any party and for any purpose, unless there is approval from SyariHub’s management.
